Rev. Olexiy Karakcheyev Olexiy (Alex) Karakcheyev posesses BS in Computer Science and BS in Business Administration from Ukrainian Universities. In addition to these degrees Alex recevied Master's Degree in Computer Science from George Washington University and Master of Divinity degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2003. Olexiy was one of the founders of Grace Russian UMC (Washington, DC), where he has been serving as a Lead Pastor since year 2000.
