Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw your child from any of Russian Church Children’s Center program the following refund rules will apply:
1. Saturday Educational Program.
After student has registered for a course the registration fee is not refundable. If student drops off the program
prior to the first week of classes 100% refund will be given; second week of classes - 80%; third week of classes - 60%.
After the the third week of classes no refund will be given.
2. Day Time and Overnight Summer Programs.
If you notify Russian Children's Center about your withdrawal more than 14 days before the day your
session begins, then you will receive 50% refund of program tuition. Your registration fee of $40 will
not be refunded.
If you notify Russian Children's Center about your withdrawal less than 14 days before the date your
session begins no refund will be granted, unless the withdrawal is due to medical circumstances.
If the withdrawal is due to medical circumstances, a refund or credit will be awarded only once a
doctor’s note is received; refunds or credits are prorated from the time you notify us of your withdrawal
in writing. $40 registration fee will be charged and not refunded.
