How
can children live without entertainments and playing?
Children

Russian Children Center
is open for all kids every season - fall, winter, spring and summer.
This year we offered an opportunity to many children to participate
in 2-week long summer program. We had so much fun!!! We visited
caverns, aquarium, dinosaur land, 6-Flags park, museums, had a ride
on a mountain train in Front Royal mountains, and just had a
great time! To learn more about our summer 2001 activities visit LINK
for teens and LINK

| FALL
FESTIVAL -- (November 17, 2001) |
<--Back |
|
|
Fall has
always been a time for celebration of harvest for many nations.
People brought to the table the best fruits that earth gave them as
a reward for hard work during the spring and summer time. In our Russian
Church Children Center we also decided to make this time special for
kids and parents and bring to the feast all things that we learnt during
our spring and summer classes: joyful songs, inspiring dances,
interesting educational games. It was a great time of sharing our
gifts in the community of people who love and care for each
other. |

| CHRISTMAS
AND NEW YEAR CELEBRATION -- (December 22, 2001) |
<--Back |
|
|
Christmas
and New Year are very special for any kid or adult. We wait for the mystery and believe
that fairy tale will come alive in our reality. It is also time of
sharing love, kindness and warmth of our hearts and rejoice. All
kids, parents and teachers of Russian Church Children Center worked
hard to make this mystery happening. Father Frost and Snow Maiden
came to our celebration with wonderful gifts for kids and created
great atmosphere of joy. |
